The office staff is very friendly and funny. They always make me  feel comfortable. The Dr is great! She is very friendly and personable. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Love this office! Very organized and polite staff, and Dr. Nguyen is such a pleasant optometrist with an excellent "bedside manner." I have been going to TSO for years and this is by far my favorite location. I wear both contact lenses and glasses and feel very well taken care of here.

TSO has always had great service, but today the staff went above and beyond. I had my eyes on a particular frame for approximately 8 months until my insurance benefits rolled over, but when I was finally ready to purchase them they were no longer on display. The front of house staff took time to see if the frames were available online and sat down with me to so I could see other colors of the frame that I didn't even know existed. You don't find people that take the time to make sure you're going to be happy with your purchase, instead of rushing you to make a sale, as frequently as you once did. The doctors are great, the staff is great, and they even have Saturday hours. I highly encourage anyone to use this facility, save yourself some of the heartache from the big box retail locations that are just focused on sales instead of customer service.
